Final Sale

As each piece at Atelier Adarsh is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to refer carefully to our size chart and product details, or reach out to us at [your email] before placing your order if you have any questions about fit, fabric, or customization.

Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales are final, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us at studio@atelieradarsh.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Each such case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Since our pieces are made-to-order, cancellation requests can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Categories

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances:

  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Altered pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
