Please read it carefully.

What We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and payment details. If you correspond with us by email or otherwise, we may retain a record of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our website, we collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described further below.

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from our payment processors, fraud prevention services, or analytics providers, in each case only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this statement.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To fulfil your orders — processing payments, arranging delivery, handling returns, and providing customer service.

To maintain your account — if you have created an account with us, we use your information to manage it, including storing your preferences and order history for your convenience.

To communicate with you — we will send you transactional communications relating to your orders and account. With your consent, we will also send you information about new collections, events, and editorial content we believe may be of interest to you. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

To improve our website — we analyse how our website is used in order to improve its performance and your experience.

To prevent fraud and ensure security — we use certain information, including automated checks, to protect our customers and our business from fraudulent activity.

To comply with legal obligations — we retain certain records as required by applicable law, including financial and tax records under Indian law.

We process your personal data only for the specific purposes for which it was collected, or for purposes that are compatible with those purposes. We do not process personal data in a manner inconsistent with the purpose for which it was originally provided.

Consent

Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data — for instance, for marketing communications — we will request it in a clear and intelligible manner before processing begins. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing communication. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
