Each piece at Atelier Adarsh is made-to-order. Processing times vary depending on the design, embellishment, and complexity of the garment. Once your order is confirmed, we will keep you informed of the expected timeline via email or WhatsApp.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched via our courier partner. Delivery timelines depend on your location and will be visible to you via the tracking link once your order ships. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier service, and will be shared with you once your order is dispatched. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its progress in real time.
Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, made-to-order pieces, customizations, high-demand periods (such as festive or wedding season), and circumstances beyond our control (courier delays, weather, customs processing) may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
